5 Easy Steps • No Commitments • Winners Drawn Live

1️⃣ Enter a DrawYou can enter a Copperfield draw in one of two ways:•Paid entry – Entries can be purchased online for £2 per ticket + correctly answering a skill-based question. Only correctly answered entries are added to the draw.
•Free postal entry – A free postal entry option is available and is treated exactly the same as paid entries.Each ticket represents one equal chance of winning, regardless of how it was entered.Most of our winners only entered once to give it a try.Every draw has:•A clearly stated closing date
•A maximum number of entriesOnce entries close (or the maximum is reached), no further entries are accepted.


2️⃣ Entry ConfirmationAfter entering a draw:You’ll receive a confirmation email with your entry details.After the closing date, we publish an entry list showing first names and surname initials alongside ticket numbers.This allows everyone to check and confirm that their entry has been recorded correctly.Entry lists are published on our public space here and a reminder is posted on our Facebook page before the draw.


3️⃣ The Live DrawAll winners are selected:•Live on our official Facebook page
•Using a verified random number generator (Random.org)The draw is streamed from start to finish so the entire process can be seen clearly.If you miss the live draw, replays are always available to watch afterwards.Here's a real draw in action:

4️⃣ Winner Contact and VerificationAfter the live draw:•Winners are contacted by email
•Winners must respond and claim their prize within 14 daysBefore being added to our Winners page, we:•Verify the winner’s identity
•Confirm prize delivery detailsThis helps protect both winners and the integrity of the draws.


5️⃣ Prize PaymentOnce verified:•Cash prizes are paid by secure bank transfer
•Gift cards are sent via emailWe aim to pay prizes within 24 hours after verification.Only winners who have been verified and paid are added to our Winners page (photos are optional).

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and UK residents.Employees, agents, or family members of the promoter may not enter.By entering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.3. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter each competition:a) Paid Entry
Purchase an entry through our secure checkout on our website. Each purchase equals the number of tickets selected.As part of the online entry process, entrants must correctly answer a skill-based question. Only entries with a correct answer will be treated as valid. Incorrectly answered entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the draw.Payment confirms your entry, subject to the question being answered correctly.b) Free Postal Entry

Free entries are treated exactly the same as paid entries.Proof of posting does not guarantee entry. Postal entries must arrive before the stated closing date to be valid.Incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or otherwise non-compliant entries (including incorrect answers to the skill-based question for online entries) will be disqualified.4. Entry Limits and Odds
Each competition will state a maximum number of entries on the individual competition page.Each valid ticket represents one equal chance of winning.Entrants may submit multiple entries unless a limit per person is stated in the individual competition listing.The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.Once the stated closing date is reached, or the maximum number of entries is reached (whichever occurs first), no further entries will be accepted.Minimum Entries & Draw OutcomeEach competition requires a minimum number of valid entries in order for the draw to proceed.
The current minimum entry requirement is 5 valid entries.If a competition does not reach the minimum number of valid entries by the stated closing date, Copperfield Competitions may, at its discretion:- Extend the closing date by up to 14 days to allow additional entries to be received; or
- Close the competition without awarding the advertised prize.If, following any extension, the minimum entry requirement is still not met, the competition will be closed and no prize will be awarded.If a competition receives no valid entries, the draw will not take place and the competition will be closed.In circumstances where higher-value competitions have undersold, Copperfield Competitions may offer a cash prize alternative equal to 60% of the advertised prize value in place of the advertised prize. Where offered, this alternative will be clearly communicated to entrants before the draw takes place.5. Closing Date and Draw
The closing date/time is stated on each competition listing.All draws are conducted live, using an independent random number generator (Random.org).An entry list showing all valid ticket purchases and entrants first names will be published before each draw.The winner’s full name may be announced publicly during the live draw to ensure clarity.All draws are recorded live and may be saved for public viewing to ensure full transparency.6. Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

to claim their prize within 14 days of being selected in a draw.Prizes are normally sent or transferred within 24 hours of successfully confirming the winner’s identity, unless stated otherwise.If a winner does not respond or make contact within 14 days, or cannot be successfully verified, the prize will be considered forfeited and a new winner may be drawn. Any redraws will be performed live for transparency.7. Redraws

A redraw occurs when a prize has been forfeited and a new winner must be selected.Forfeit Explanation
A prize is considered forfeited if a winner cannot be awarded their prize for reasons beyond the promoter’s control.
This may include, but is not limited to:- Failure to claim the prize within the 14-day claim period
- Inability to verify the winner’s identity
- Any issue that prevents the transfer or delivery of the prize, such as the absence of a valid bank accountRedraw Method
During a redraw, a new winner will be selected at random from the original entry list. Redraws will be conducted live on Facebook, or via an equivalent publicly viewable method, to ensure transparency.Redraw Attempts
There will be up to two redraw attempts per prize. Each redraw winner will be subject to the same 14-day claim period.
If, after two redraw attempts, no winner is able to successfully claim the prize, the prize will be rolled into a future draw.8. Prizes
The prize for each competition is clearly described on the competition listing.No alternative prize is offered unless explicitly stated.The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.9. Refunds and Cancellations
All entries are final once payment has been processed. Because each entry is entered immediately into the live draw system, refunds cannot be offered for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to read the competition details before entering.
This does not affect your statutory rights.If a draw is cancelled for any reason (for example a technical issue), all paid entrants will receive a full refund.If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] and our team will review your case promptly.Postal entries are free and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any entries received after the competition closing date will not be included in the draw.10. Fair Play and Verification
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process will result in disqualification.The promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity before awarding any prize.Free and paid entries are always treated equally in the draw.Any disputes or complaints should be submitted in writing via email. We will respond within 5 working days and aim to resolve any issue fairly.11. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal details are used only for administering competitions and contacting winners.Information will never be sold or shared with third parties.Entrants identifiable data (such as full name or address) will never be shown on a live draw or entry lists, in accordance with GDPR.By entering our competitions, you acknowledge that if you win, your first name and surname may be published on our Facebook page and website for transparency and verification purposes.If you do not wish for your full name to be published, you must contact us before the draw. In this case, your name will be published as first name and surname initial only.Once winners IDs have been confirmed and their prizes paid out, their first name and surname may be added to the Winners section on this website for verification and transparency. Winners will also be invited to share an optional photo for the Winners Section.Winner ID is only used for verification and then deleted from our system. We do not store or sell any sensitive data.Names and email addresses will only be stored if entrants have subscribed to a Copperfield Competitions mailing list.12. Liability
The promoter accepts no responsibility for:Entries lost, delayed, or corrupted (including postal entries).Technical issues preventing access to the website or payment processor.Any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of a prize.13. Social Media Disclaimer
Copperfield Competitions promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote competitions.Facebook Giveaways:
